Shipping and Handling

All shipping is done through Australia Post at the standard rates plus packaging and handling.

Each parcel is covered up to $100 AU dollars with insurance and has a tracking number which will be sent to the buyer on purchasing.

If additional insurance is require the buyer will need to contact us after or before purchasing and will be billed for extra insurance separately.

All parcels sent will be the responsibly of the buyer once lodged , any follow up for damage or loss with need to be followed up by the buyer with Australia post, Nitchi Design does not take responsibly for loss or damage once lodged. Extra insurance above $100 is at the buyers’ discretion.

All orders may take between 2-21 days to be made before being shipped and shipping usually takes between 3-10 business days to most areas.

Refund and Returns

We refund for faulty goods only.

All our products are checked carefully before packing. The books, albums and coasters have care slips included in the item and are to be read before use. A buyer may return a faulty product but it is at our our discretion to rule if we believe the product is faulty or not on deeming this a refund of the product cost will be issued ( excluding any postage cost paid.)

We do exchange but cost of freight for return and new product replacement to be shipped is at the customers cost.

Timbers vary greatly in colour and grain. When ordering a timber product from us a buyer must be aware that we can only send them a product that is made from the timber in that species that we have in stock at that time and what we send is at our discretion and no refunds will be available. If a buyer wishes to have a certain colour and look to the timber and wants to have a choice of what they receive they will need to come and see us at our outlets.

General Information

We do not guarantee that any of our products will be the same timber as any of our display photographs on our online store pages. Some of the timber art panels may vary in layout and design from the ones that are on our display photographs as these are all hand assembled and will vary in layout and timber colour.

Our products with the exception of the timber artwork are not recommended for children.

Use and Access of our Website

By accessing, using and purchasing from our website, you agree to all Terms and Conditions stated within. We reserve the right to alter any conditions or information that is stated without notice at our discretion. We make the effort to make sure all the information on our website is correct but retain the right to alter without notice anything that we feel is inaccurate. It is at our discretion to reject filling an order that is placed. Our prices can be altered without notice.
